Yes, all our hoists are standard design which means the parts can be replaced between two same models. But we also supply customized design hoist to meet the customer’s special demand, in this case, we will use same standard parts maximumly to make the maintenance easier.
Normally Single girder hoist is from 500kg to 20ton, Double girder hoist is from 3.2ton to 80ton. The hoist of winch type is from 5ton to 800 ton and customized design is acceptable.
Yes, we test every hoist in testing platform before shipping, which can be under customer’s witness.
